Delivery and Returns
We currently process and deliver orders every working day. Orders will be delivered on the next working day if placed before 11:00AM. If the order is received after 11:00AM then the delivery will be delivered one day later. All orders for public holidays will be sent within the next 2 working days.
If your order has not arrived on the scheduled day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on the move.
NIO Cocktails accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery or non-delivery, although we will do everything possible to counter any missing deliveries.
In the event that a product arrives damaged to the customer, NIO undertakes to provide a new intact order at its own expense.
In the event of returns to NIO Cocktails, charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
