We do not accept cancel or change in order after an order has been placed for the customer's convenience. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
If the product is damaged or defaced due to a shipping accident or other reasons, or if the exchange is due to our mistake, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7days. Please include your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged item.
We will send you a separate return email with the return address. We will exchange it for a replacement item. In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs.
The cooling-off system stipulated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, etc. does not apply to purchases made through the shopping site.
